  1. General Conditions
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
    User content (excluding card info) may be transferred unencrypted across networks; credit card data is always encrypted.
    No duplication, resale, or exploitation of site content or services is allowed without written permission.
  2. Products or Services
    Some products may be available online only and may have limited quantities.
    Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from actual products.
    We reserve the right to limit sales geographically or by individual, modify or discontinue products, and update pricing at any time.
  3. Pricing and Payment
    All prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.

Quotations are valid for 7 days.

Unless stated, transport is excluded from prices.

EFT and secure card payments accepted.

3% fee applies to:

Card swipes above R2,000

  1. Shipping Policy
    Delivery Area: South Africa only

Processing Time: Orders processed within 7 business days after payment

Shipping Fees: Based on weight, dimensions, and location; shown at checkout

Courier Services: We use trusted national couriers

Tracking: Sent via email or WhatsApp after dispatch

Delivery Acceptance: Ensure someone is available to receive your order. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged/Lost Goods: Report within 48 hours to returns@bargaindeal.africa with images

🔹 Return & Refund Policy
At BargainDeal Africa, your satisfaction is our priority. We comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act).

  1. Cooling-Off Returns (ECT Act)
    Return within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, in original packaging

Return shipping cost is your responsibility

Refunds processed within 15 business days after inspection

  1. Defective or Unsuitable Products (CPA)
    Return within 6 months of delivery

Eligible for repair, replacement or full refund

If repaired and fault reoccurs within 3 months, refund or replace guaranteed

Submit evidence (photos/videos) to: returns@bargaindeal.africa

  1. Handling Fees
    10% fee for returns made after 5 working days

No fee for defective or CPA-protected returns

  1. Proof of Purchase
    All returns must include original invoice or proof of purchase.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    No returns/refunds on:

Sterile items

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Medication

Medical devices

Supplements

Imported or made-to-order items

Please ensure you’re satisfied before purchasing these products.

  1. Refund Method
    Refunds are made to the original payment method within 15 business days after inspection.
  2. Return Process
    Email returns@bargaindeal.africa with order details and reason for return
